Nainital is known as the land of lakes and this pear-shaped lake looks best when the sun reflects like diamonds on its surface. Naina Peak

This is the highest peak in Nainital and an absolute delight for nature lovers. You can either take a long trek or try horse riding to reach the top of the peak. Snow View point

The Snow View Point is open from 10:30 am to 5 pm and offers wondrous views of the snow clad Himalayan mountains. The place is at a high altitude and can be reached by trekking, taxi or the more exciting way of cable car. The best time to visit is early morning. There are binoculars available for maximum viewing of the scenery as well as an amusement park opened for kids.

Eco cave gardens

The place consists of seven different caves and is a popular spot for exploring. Each cave has a unique beauty and can give you cool thrills as you explore the place. For adventure lovers, a trip to these caves is a must. Also, you get to see the picturesque views of hills surrounding the city. There is the Tiger cave, Panther Cave, Batman cave and four others. Keep a camera with you and wear comfortable shoes while visiting.
