Grilled Chicken Breast - Creative Chicken Recipe

Chicken is a favorite mealtime choice in many households, and with good reason. Yummy melted cheese and the savory onions make an irresistible filling in this rich chicken dish. A filling meal that’s as easy as it is impressive. A definite family pleaser.

Chicken breast

200 gm

Chopped Mushroom

40 gm

Cottage cheese

60 gm

Chopped onions

20 gm

Thyme

0.2 gm

Potato

60 gm

Garlic pod

40 gm

Olive oil

20 ml

Basil sprig

5 gm

Green Capasicum coulis

40 gm

Method

  • Clean chicken breast, marinate with salt, pepper, oil, Thyme and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté;
  • Add chopped mushrooms and herbs along with the onion.
  • Allow all moisture to dry out and add seasonings.
  • Add cottage cheese and mix well.
  • Stuff the chicken breast with cottage cheese mixture.
  • Grill the chicken till cooked.
  • Bake potato and slice.
  • Make a bed of bell pepper coulis, place potatoes; place the chicken on the base. Garnish with basil sprig, Grilled roasted garlic.
