Makhmali sheek kabab
Melt in your mouth kababs
Delicate and delicious, Makhmali Sheek Kabab is a great combination of soft-minced chicken, spices and creamy cheese. Make sure you make a lot of them, as they will disappear quickly!

| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Chicken Mince | 200 gms |
| Chopped Ginger | 1 tsp |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 tsp |
| Grated Cheese | 2 tbsp |
| Garam Masala Powder | ½ tsp |
| Jeera Powder | ½ tsp |
| Egg | 2 |
| Black Salt | As per taste |
| Grated Boiled Egg White | 1 |
| Mint Chutney | 2 tbsp |
Method
- In a big bowl mix together chicken mince, chopped ginger, garlic, 1 tbsp grated cheese, garam masala powder, jeera powder, 1 egg, and black salt. Whip the other egg in a bowl and keep aside.
- Press the mince mixture on skewers and shape it like kababs. Cook in a preheated oven (475° F/250° C) or tandoor till almost done for approximately 10 minutes, while turning in between.
- Brush kababs with egg wash, coat with grated egg white and remaining grated cheese. Roast for 1- 2 minutes.
- Serve with mint chutney.
