Bangkok city of Life - Vist to Bangkok

Travel is a passion for me and I think it’s mostly due to the fact that I’ve been fortunate enough to travel. It always amazes me, when people tell that they don’t like to travel. I couldn’t imagine not ever having the chance to experience things that are outside my comfort zone. It’s so exhilarating to have the opportunity to learn how to travel around a place that is foreign to what we’re used to and be able to communicate with people from a different culture.

I have been fortunate enough to travel to quite a few countries over the years, but my first trip to a foreign land was over a year ago but that trip gave ever-lasting memories. I think the wonderful experiences of my first trip to Bangkok, Thailand were instrumental in creating an attitude to appreciate different cultures and also fuelled my desire to travel more.

I was a budding musician and got selected for a troupe which performs overseas. My parents sponsored for my first trip and wished me luck to experience a foreign land before I start my college. I remember travelling by plane and since I had never flown before, that itself was a new experience for me.

Bangkok was fantastic and I toured extensively. Apart from it, I gave a concert in each and every town our troupe visited and it was very exciting to produce beautiful music in all of those wonderful places. The memories of my first trip abroad are something I will carry with me always and will hold a special place in my heart.
