Spirali with Povera Sauce

Mouth-watering and delicious Italian preparation of Spirali with Povera sauce which satiates your hunger pangs and delights your taste buds at the same time.

Povera sauce

| Parsley | 20 gm |
| Green chilli | 5 gm |
| Salt | to taste |
| Black pepper corn | 3 gm |
| Garlic | 20 gm |
| Walnut | 25 gm |
| Lime juice | 1 tsp |
| Olive oil | 10 ml |
Method
- Wash the parsley properly and mince into 2 inch pieces.
- Cut green chilli into bits. Peel the garlic and the walnuts.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add lemon juice and Olive oil.
- Grind the above mixture and season it with pepper and salt.

| Garlic | 10 gm |
| Capsicum | 1/2 pc |
| Olive oil | 10 ml |
| Onion | 1 pc |
| Tomato | 1 pc |
| Oregano | 3 gm |
| Red bell pepper | 1/2 pc |
Method
- Put non-stick frying pan on the stove, pour oil in the pan.
- Add chopped garlic and fry it till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Add julienne cutting of seedless tomato, onion, capsicum and red pepper.
- Stir for 3 minutes.
- Add boiled pasta, add salt, and toss for few minutes.
- Add the povera sauce, stir for some time.
- Season with oregano & serve hot.
